When you request access through the form on the home page, we process the details you enter there: company, contact person, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, country, town, and your notes on material, quantity and your message.
We additionally store an encrypted identifier of your internet connection. It serves only to limit mass automated submissions. The address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the identifier.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services on this site.
The purpose is solely to handle your request and to initiate a business relationship. The basis is your consent given by sending the form, together with our legitimate interest in initiating business relationships.
Requests that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 14 days after receipt. If your request does lead to cooperation, the retention obligations of commercial law apply.
You may at any time request information about the data we hold, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw a consent you have given. An informal message to info@onecoss.com is enough; we reply within one month. Where a statutory retention obligation prevents deletion, we remove the personal reference and keep only the commercial record. Your data is stored encrypted and is not passed on to third parties.
